Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Gallery Cleaner mobile app (the "App"), provided by Testanbul, handles personal data, including under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
- Your photos and videos are processed only on your device; none are uploaded.
- No account needed; no name, email or location is collected.
- No ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Testanbul. For any privacy question, contact us at info@testanbul.com.
2. Your photos and videos
The App accesses your photo library only if you grant permission. Your photos and videos are processed solely on your device to show them to you, to sort them (detecting similar and duplicate photos, recognizing text in images) and to delete them with your approval. No photo, video or information derived from them (such as recognized text) is ever sent to our servers or to third parties.
3. Information stored on your device
Your swipe decisions, trash contents, statistics, badges, preferences and cached scan results are stored only on your device and are removed when you delete the App. You can clear your decisions and the cache at any time in Settings.
4. In-app purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never access your payment details. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to verify your subscription status. For this purpose, a random app-specific user identifier and your purchase history (product, date, status) are shared with RevenueCat. This information is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising or tracking.
5. Notifications
If you allow reminder notifications, they are scheduled locally on your device. Their content (for example, how many photos you took on this day in past years) is calculated on your device and never sent anywhere.
6. Data we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts or advertising identifier, and we do not ask you to create an account. The App contains no ads, third-party analytics or tracking tools, and does not track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.
7. Legal basis and international transfer
The limited processing needed to verify purchases is based on the performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c). Because RevenueCat’s servers are located abroad, this limited data may be transferred outside Türkiye in accordance with KVKK Art. 9.
8. Your rights
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction or deletion, and to object to processing. Send your requests to info@testanbul.com; they are resolved free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
9. Data security
Since your photos never leave your device, they are protected by your device’s own safeguards (screen lock, encryption). Connections made to verify purchases are encrypted (HTTPS).
10. Changes
We may update this policy when needed. The current version is always published in the App and at https://galeri.testanbul.com/gizlilik.
